
The Carolina Royal Ravens delivered a stunning comeback on Saturday, rallying from an opening-map loss to hand the Los Angeles Thieves their first defeat of the Call of Duty League Stage 3 Major qualifiers with a 3-2 victory. The result ended Los Angeles’ perfect start to the round-robin competition.
Three of the four matches on Day 2 of the third and final qualifying week went the distance, with first-place OpTic Texas staying unbeaten by edging FaZe Vegas 3-2, and Boston Breach securing their first win of the event by narrowly defeating G2 Minnesota by the same scoreline. In the other fixture, the Riyadh Falcons swept past winless Cloud9 New York 3-1.

The 12 CDL teams are playing a full round-robin to determine seeding for the third major of the season, scheduled for May 15-17 as part of DreamHack Atlanta.
